1. The seller

necksleep.com ("NeckSleep", "we", "us") is operated by Xiangtan Zhongyou E-Commerce Co., Ltd., Unit 4, Room 9103, Jiajia Mei Office Building, No. 108 Ji'an Road, Xiangtan High-Tech Zone, Xiangtan, Hunan, China. Support: support@necksleep.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell the QIMU FENGYA™ Zhuyun wood-filled support pillow and related accessories. Product descriptions, materials, and weights are stated as accurately as we can make them; natural materials vary slightly from item to item, and stated fill weights carry the tolerances shown on the product page. The pillow is a comfort and support product. It is not a medical device and makes no medical claims: nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

3. Pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay: shipping is free to U.S. addresses and import duties and taxes are included (DDP). Promotional prices (such as the $249 early-bird price against a $298 regular price) apply only during the stated promotion and while allocated stock lasts.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we email your order confirmation. Payment is processed by third-party providers (at launch: Airwallex and/or PayPal); your payment details are handled under their terms and privacy policies. We may cancel and refund an order before shipment if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraud.

5. Shipping

Orders ship from China to U.S. addresses under our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Title and risk pass to you on delivery as recorded by the carrier.

6. 30-Night Trial, refunds, and defects

Your first pillow is covered by the 30-Night Trial & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms: 30 nights from delivery, one pillow per household, full refund to the original payment method on approval, no return shipment required. Defective or damaged items are replaced or refunded at any time, as described in that policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to defraud the trial program, or resell trial-refunded items commercially. We may decline future orders from accounts that abuse the trial.

8. Intellectual property

QIMU FENGYA™ is a trademark of its owner and is used on this site under license (U.S. registration pending). Evolon® is a registered trademark of Freudenberg. Site content, text, and photography may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for defective products under applicable consumer law.

10. Governing law and disputes
