30-Night Trial & Refund Policy

How the trial works

• When it starts: Your 30 nights begin on the day your pillow is delivered, as recorded by the carrier — not the day you placed the order.
• What it covers: One Zhuyun pillow per household, on your first order with us. Additional pillows and later orders are covered by our standard warranty against defects (see below), not by the trial.
• How to claim: Email support@necksleep.com within the 30-night period with your order number and a sentence or two about why the pillow didn't work for you. Your feedback goes to the product team; it's genuinely how the product improves.
• The refund: Once your request is approved, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. There are no restocking fees and no deductions.
• No return shipping: Approved trial refunds never require you to ship the pillow back to China. International return freight on a 3 kg pillow would cost more than the exercise is worth, so the pillow stays with you — keep it, gift it, or use it as a (very firm) lumbar pillow.

Why we're strict about "one per household"

A refund-without-return policy only survives if it's not a loophole. The trial exists so a genuine first-time buyer can test firm wood-bead support risk-free. If we detect patterns that indicate abuse (multiple identities at one address, repeated claims, reseller activity), we may decline trial claims — ordinary purchases and defect coverage are never affected by this.

Before you claim: two things worth trying

• Give it the full adjustment window. Most sleepers need several nights; full adjustment can take up to two weeks. Alternating with your old pillow at first is fine.
• Re-shape it. Height too high? Use the low end, or push fill away from the neck edge. Too low? Fold the tail end. The usage guide has the details — and if it still isn't right, the trial is there.

Defects and damage

If your pillow arrives damaged or defective (split seam, leaking fill, wrong item), that's not a trial claim — it's on us at any time. Contact us with your order number and a photo, and choose a free replacement or a full refund. No return required.

Order cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Once shipped, the 30-Night Trial terms above apply instead.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing after approval depends on your payment provider and bank; card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
