Who we are
NeckSleep (necksleep.com) is operated by Xiangtan Zhongyou E-Commerce Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). We sell the QIMU FENGYA™ Zhuyun pillow directly to customers in the United States. Questions about this policy: support@necksleep.com.
Information we collect
- Order information: name, shipping address, email address, phone number (if provided for delivery), and order details when you buy from us.
- Payment information: Payments are processed by our payment providers (at launch: Airwallex and PayPal). Your full card details are entered on the provider's secure pages and never pass through or are stored on our servers. We receive payment confirmations, transaction IDs, and refund/dispute records.
- Support correspondence: emails you send us, including trial and refund requests, and any photos you choose to attach for quality-control purposes.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
- To process, ship, track, and support your order, including customs documentation for international delivery.
- To administer the 30-Night Trial, refunds, replacements, and chargeback responses.
- To answer your questions and improve our product and site.
- To prevent fraud and abuse of our trial policy.
- To comply with legal, tax, and customs obligations.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers needed to run the store: payment processors, shipping carriers and customs brokers, and email/hosting providers. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights in a payment dispute.
International transfer
We are based in China and fulfill orders from China. Your information will be processed in China and in the countries of our service providers. By placing an order, you understand your information will be transferred internationally for fulfillment.
Retention
Order and transaction records are retained for as long as needed for accounting, tax, customs, and dispute purposes. Support emails are retained with the related order record. You may ask us what personal information we hold about you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing. Children
This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Email updates and the early-bird list
If you join our early-bird or launch list, we collect your email address and the page you signed up on. Signing up is double opt-in: we first send a confirmation email, and you are only subscribed once you click its link. We use the list to send the launch announcement, the free sleep guide, and occasional product updates and offers. We never sell or rent the list. Our email service provider (MailerLite) stores and sends the list on our behalf. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops future marketing emails.
